Singer-songwriter and bassist based in Osaka.
Born in 1980, he began composing melodies as a child under the influence of his grandmother. In 1990, he started multitrack recording with a cassette deck at home, marking the beginning of his musical journey. After his band went on hiatus in 2012, he launched his solo career under the name Garizaben and also formed the band Baisēshi as bassist. Both projects have toured extensively across Japan. In 2022, he released his second solo album Hoppe no Kanji on Jaco’s Hat Records, following his debut Hon no Kimochi.

1980年生まれ。祖母の影響により幼少のころから鼻歌で作曲をする。1990年家にあったラジカセで多重録音を始め、本格的に音楽活動を開始。2012年当時活動していたバンドが活動休止になり「ガリザベン」名義でソロ活動を開始。同じ年、バンド「バイセーシ」結成、ベース担当。ガリザベン、バイセーシ共に全国津々浦々ライブに明け暮れる。2022年に「ほんの気持ち」に続く2ndソロアルバム「ほっぺのかんじ」をJaco’s Hat Recordsよりリリース。
